Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Rubela Store believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation before product has shipped:

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after product has shipped:

  • If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.

Return & Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Costumer Service number @ +917011023529.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

In order to get a defective item replaced , contact Customer Service via email at help@rubelastore.com or call us on +91 7011023529, within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Conditions for return:

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Any product that has been washed
  • Any product not in its original condition
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  • Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number

Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.
